I know what I want to be this Halloween. I didn’t know it until I hit Target.com this morning, but now I do. Target.com’s Red Hot Shop has costumes of the cast of Hairspray! That means I can actually be Mandy — well, Penny — for Halloween!
Now I just need to find a blond wig… oh! They have that too.

Our fave girl Amanda Bynes was in NYC yesterday — at the Manhattan Mall no less — promoting the launch of her new apparel line, “Dear,” at Steve & Barry’s. The very same retailer that sells Stephon Marbury’s Starbury sneakers and recently tapped SJP to create her own clothing line.

Forbes has announced their first-ever compilation of young Hollywood’s top-earning stars under 21. It should be no surprise that mini-moguls Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen top the list. The 20-year-old twins earned an estimated $40 million last year from their massive retail empire, which sells everything from dolls to clothing to shampoo to the “tween” market of 8 to 12-year-olds.
‘Harry Potter’ star Daniel Radcliffe earned $13 million in 2006, making him one of the richest young stars in Hollywood today, and the only male in Forbes top five under-21 list.
A tabloid target due to her frequent late-night partying, 20-year-old Lindsay Lohan took on back-to-back projects last year, earning her critical acclaim and a $6 million paycheck!
Just behind Lindsay at $4 million is 13-year-old ‘Charlotte’s Web’ star Dakota Fanning.
Rounding out the top five with a $2.5 million income is 20-year-old Amanda Bynes. Amanda is a series regular on “What I Like About You”; she also stars in the upcoming ‘Hairspray’ feature film.
Actress Amanda Bynes Involved in Car Accident
February 2, 2007, 5:25 AM PST Actress Amanda Bynes was reportedly involved in a multiple-car collision in Beverly Hills, but there were no injuries. The collision occurred at Wilshire and Santa Monica boulevards about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Web site TMZ.com. A Beverly Hills police spokesman said the department had no record of the collision. Witnesses told TMZ.com that Bynes, 20, “kept her composure after the crash and calmly called for help on her cell. Shortly after, the actress was spotted removing items from her 2005 BMW X5 while she waited for a tow truck to arrive.” Bynes, who starred in the television series “What I Like About You,” has appeared in films such as “She’s the Man” and “What a Girl Wants.” She also provided the voice of Piper in the animated film “Robots.” She is next scheduled to appear in the film version of “Hairspray.”
